Who we are
Founded in 2016, AIMS Real Estate is an asset and investment manager implementing value-add real estate strategies in The Netherlands and acting as local partner for investors.
We are a full service company, our team of real estate professionals advices on: acquisition, financing, asset management, construction projects, development and disposition.
Currently we have EUR 200MM under management.
Services
Investment Management
The Investment Management team focuses on sourcing and acquiring undermanaged, well-located assets in The Netherlands. We manage the Due Diligence proces and advise on the outcome, we provide detailed underwriting and business plans per asset and conclude the Sale and Purchase Agreement. When the business plan is executed we manage the disposition of the assets.
Asset Management
The Asset Management team is responsible for the commercial management of the portfolio and execution of the business plans.
By having close contact with all tenants and the assigned broker teams, we aim to optimize the performance of the portfolio and the well-being of the tenants.
To accomplish this we will initiate upgrade renovation plans and further improvements to the assets.
Project Management
The Project Management team lead the renovation and construction projects. Together with the Asset Management team we initiate upgrade renovation plans to further improve the assets and advises on tenant specific requests and layouts when concluding a new lease agreement.
We also supervise the third-party technical property managers on the day-to-day management and maintenance of the assets.
